The statue Hall is the huge main room atop the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall.
This room is mostly open at one end toward the main gates and the gardens below.
If you can be there on the changing of the guard, it is quite interesting to see the "robotic" movements of the ceremony.
If you have seen the changing of the guard in Athens, you will be surprised to see that these movements are even more protracted and exaggerated.
Its worth fighting the crowds to see, but be sure to come early to get a front row position.
